Upon request, its possible to use private garage space in locked underground garage. But please note that you need to let us know when booking if you wish to use the garage, its no extra cost.

The urbanization has a newly renovated communal pool with a baby section and a large area to bring your sun lounger. Its an quiet and friendly urbanization.

Just five minutes walk there is a large Consum store where you can get all your food supply. Just outside the urbanization there is a large park area with several petenca courses, a play ground for the youngest and a small football field.

The apartment is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

500 m to the sea.

200 m to Consum Supermarket.

800 m to Los Locos beach.

50 m to Plaza de Sevilla

50 m to Rosaleda Petanca

HOUSE RULES:

  • Show consideration for neighbours
  • Main guest must be 25 or over

  • No eating or drinking in bedrooms
  • Respect noise curfew
  • Please take care of your keys, lost/damaged keys incur a replacement fee
  • Please take care of the furniturnishing. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
  • Please do your dishes before check out
  • Please take your trash and opened containers out before you leave
  • No illigal substances allowed on the premises.

Please note that the property you are renting is someones home. Also neighbours might be permanent residents, familys with young children, elderly etc. It is therefor important that you behave respectfully and consideratly when staying in the home.
