The home has integrated air conditioning, white goods and a washing machine. The villa is fully equipped with everything you might need in terms of cups and dishes and more.

All patios are tiled and nicely planted. The villa has a private pool (11 metres). The garden/pool faces south and has very good sunny conditions.
The home is located in a quiet area, but still it is only 500-600 meters to a grocery store and restaurants.
