This newly renovated (2025) 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in the heart of Torrevieja is just steps from the popular Playa de Cura, offering a perfect blend of modern style and comfort. Both bedrooms feature new, cozy beds for a great night’s sleep—one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances, such as a fridge, freezer, stove, and electric hob, making meal prep and mornings easy. The living room boasts a practical sofa bed for additional sleeping space, a dining table for 4, and a smart TV for entertainment. The bathroom offers a bathtub with shower, toilet, and washbasin. Ideal for those wanting to enjoy both the beach and city life, this apartment is the perfect base for your stay in Torrevieja.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The solarium, hallways, and elevator are all communal areas shared with other residents of the building.

Prior to booking, kindly ensure that you have read and understood the house rules. It’s mandatory for all visitors to comply with both the apartment and community regulations.

We supply towels for shower use. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels for the beach.

You have many restaurants and grocery shops in the streets outside the apartment building. Parking in the streets, free of charge.

    Please note that during peak season, taxis may be in high demand, so plan accordingly.

    When placing an order, please ensure to provide your address and telephone number. Do note that the main guest should be at least 25 years old. In accordance with the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, the host is required to register all guests, hence the need for a copy of each guest’s passport.

    Additionally, please send us a message approximately one hour before your arrival so that we can prepare the property for your arrival. We will meet you at the agreed-upon time and location.

    However, in case of any delays, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule the check-in time. While we cannot guarantee an immediate check-in, we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.

    Important Arrival Instructions

    To ensure a smooth check-in, please inform us of your expected arrival and departure times as early as possible. Upon leaving the airport or approximately 1 hour before arrival(if arriving by car), kindly send us a message. This allows us sufficient time to reach the property and meet you promptly.

    In case of any delays, please notify us immediately. While we will always strive to accommodate late arrivals, please note that our team has other check-ins and may not be able to wait beyond the scheduled time.

    Parking Information

    Free Street Parking: Available in the vicinity of Avenida de la Purísima 22. However, due to the apartment’s central location, finding available parking spots may be challenging, especially during peak hours. Please be mindful of local parking regulations.

    Nearest Public Paid Parking: Parking El Arco, located at Ramón Gallud Street, approximately a 10-minute walk from the property. This multi-level parking facility offers 550 spaces and operates 24/7.

    Check-In Procedure

    Upon your arrival, a member of our team will meet you at the street entrance of the building. They will guide you to the apartment and provide a brief tour to ensure you’re comfortable and familiar with all amenities.     To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, please abide by the following rules during your stay:

    • No pets allowed.
    • Respect quiet hours from 23.00 to 08.00.
    • No events or parties are allowed.
    • No commercial photography.
    • Report any damages.
    • Follow community rules.
    • No glass by or in the pool area.
    • Please keep music at a reasonable volume.
    • Show consideration for your neighbours.
    • The main guest must be 25 years or older.
    • Unregistered guests are not allowed.
    • No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
    • Respect the noise curfew.
    • Please clean your dishes before checking out.
    • Please take your trash and any opened containers with you when you leave.
    • No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
    • Please take care of your keys. Lost or damaged keys will incur a replacement fee.
    • Please take care of the furnishings. Any damages that exceed the security deposit will be charged accordingly.

    As you prepare to rent a home, keep in mind that it is someone else’s property. Additionally, the neighbouring residents may include families with young children, elderly individuals, and permanent residents. It is important to behave respectfully and considerately while staying in the home. Failure to abide by these regulations or engage in other unacceptable behaviour may lead to expulsion from the property and loss of your deposit without any refunds.
