The garden and pool area boast a charming pool house/pergola adorned with a barbeque, offering several outdoor seating nooks for relaxation and a outdoor shower. The garden, elegantly tiled, features trees that provide soothing shade, while private parking graces the plot, also shaded from the sun.

Within the villa, a harmonious layout unfolds, presenting three inviting bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a cozy kitchen and dining area, alongside a spacious living room. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the third offers a snug single bed. Two bathrooms are equipped with showers, vanities, and toilets, complemented by a third bathroom featuring just a toilet.

The kitchen shines with full amenities, including a stove, induction cook top, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. A washing machine resides within one of the bathrooms for your laundry needs. The indoor dining area comfortably seats four, while the living room invites you to unwind on a sofa or recliner, indulging in your favourite shows with a TV equipped for streaming apps like Netflix and more.

Visitors will have exclusive access to the entire villa and the private outdoor spaces.

The villa is situated in Ciudad Quesada, a large residential area featuring numerous local restaurants scattered throughout. The main street of Ciudad Quesada is just a short walk from the villa, where you can find a variety of amenities, including restaurants, bars, shops, a pharmacy, and more. Additionally, the area offers recreational facilities such as a tennis club, golf course, skate park, and water park. The picturesque town of Rojales is only a few minutes away.

Ciudad Quesada is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the renowned beaches of Costa Blanca. Furthermore, it is only a short drive to the famous Lemon Tree Market, which operates every Sunday.

Distances from the property:

  • 7,5 km to the nearest beach, Playa del Moncayo in Guardamar.
  • 300 meters to Masymas supermarket.
  • 50 meters to bars and restaurants.
  • 10 km to the city of Torrevieja.

There are no public transport within Quesada, so if one wish to visit other areas a car is recommended. However, the villa is very centrally located and you have all you need within walking distance. Ciudad Quesada also have taxi service. Please note, taxis may be in high demand, so plan accordingly.

When placing an order, please ensure to provide your address and telephone number. Do note that the main guest should be at least 25 years old. In accordance with the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, the host is required to register all guests, hence the need for a copy of each guest’s passport.

Ensuring a Smooth Check-In Process for Your Stay

To guarantee a hassle-free check-in experience, kindly send us your preferred check-in time as early as possible. This will help us accommodate your needs accordingly.

Additionally, please send us a message approximately one hour before your arrival so that we can prepare the property for your arrival. We will meet you at the agreed-upon time and location.

However, in case of any delays, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule the check-in time. While we cannot guarantee an immediate check-in, we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.

To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, please abide by the following rules during your stay:

  • No smoking.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Respect quiet hours from 23.00 to 08.00.
  • No events or parties are allowed.
  • No commercial photography.
  • Report any damages.
  • Follow community rules.
  • No glass by or in the pool area.
  • Please keep music and noice at a reasonable volume.
  • Show consideration for your neighbours.
  • The main guest must be 25 years or older.
  • Unregistered guests are not allowed overnight.
  • No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
  • Respect the noise curfew.
  • Please take your trash and any opened containers with you when you leave.
  • No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
  • Please take care of your keys. Lost or damaged keys will incur a replacement fee.
  • Please take care of the furnishings. Damages will be charged for.
  • Please clean your dishes before checking out.

DO NOT THROW ANYTHING ELSE THAN TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET! The pipes get blocked and you will be charged for repair in full.

NEVER LEAVE KEY INSIDE LOCK ON THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR! It will not be possible to open from outside and you will be charged for the repair.

As you prepare to rent a home, keep in mind that it is someone else’s property. Additionally, the neighbouring residents may include families with young children, elderly individuals, and permanent residents. It is important to behave respectfully and considerately while staying in the home. Failure to abide by these regulations or engage in other unacceptable behaviour may lead to expulsion from the property without any refunds.
