An elegant and luxurious apartment is situated just a short walk from the popular Playa de los Neufragos and Playa de Acequion beaches. For snorkelling enthusiasts, the nearby Cala Ferris is ideal. The community offers three pools, one of which is heated in winter. Moreover, there is a compact gym with basic equipment. Nearby amenities consist of various restaurants, bars, a sizable supermarket, and numerous shops for your convenience. You can easily reach Torrevieja city centre on foot.
This apartment features three bedrooms: one furnished with a queen-size bed, a dedicated work area, and an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a third with two single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a television for streaming services. The apartment is complemented by two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Both bathrooms boast modern amenities, including a shower, sink, and toilet, with the added comfort of floor heating for winter use. Additionally, the unit comprises an open-concept layout encompassing a kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is well-appointed with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, and all essential utensils for culinary needs. A separate laundry room houses a combined washer and dryer. The dining space features a spacious table accommodating six individuals, while the living room is furnished with a generous sofa and a smart TV for streaming services. The private terrace offers a scenic view of two out of the community’s three pools and includes an outdoor shower with cold water and a dining set with seating for six. Visitors will have exclusive access to the entire apartment with a terrace. The pool, hallways, and gym are communal areas shared with other residents in the community.

This charming apartment is located in the La Veleta neighbourhood of Torrevieja, offering an ideal setting for those seeking a blend of beachside relaxation and urban convenience. The area has several bars and restaurants where one can savor delectable meals or unwind with a refreshing beverage. A brief stroll leads to a newly established large supermarket (Aldi) and stores such as Rossman and TEDI.
Within walking distance are two beaches: Playa de los Naufragos, equipped with volleyball courts, a children’s play area, an outdoor gym, and seasonal beachfront restaurants and sun loungers, jet skis, pedal boats, and more for hire.
Playa de Acequion, featuring year-round beachfront restaurants, a pétanque lane, and tranquil waters perfect for the youngest and paddleboarding. To the south lies Cala Ferris, an enclave with small cliffs and coves ideal for snorkelling enthusiasts. The area benefits from excellent bus connections facilitating easy access to the city centre and other regions.
