The kitchen is compact but well-equipped, with a gas stove and ample pans and cutlery to prepare a delicious homemade meal to enjoy on the terrace. The living room features a comfortable sofa and TV, with French doors that open onto the terrace. The washing machine is also placed in the kitchen.

This property is so centrally located that transportation is only needed if you want to venture further the La Mata. Roads are accessible and well maintained so getting around by car is never a problem. Please note that parking during high season might be challenging, especially in certain areas. There are buses which take you from La Mata to Torrevieja, where the main bus station is located. It is also possible to hire bicycles and electric scooters. Taxi is also an option, but please note that during high season taxis can be difficult to obtain.

Please note that during peak season, taxis may be in high demand, so plan accordingly.

As you prepare to rent a home, keep in mind that it is someone else’s property. Additionally, the neighbouring residents may include families with young children, elderly individuals, and permanent residents. It is important to behave respectfully and considerately while staying in the home. Failure to abide by these regulations or engage in other unacceptable behaviour may lead to expulsion from the property and loss of your deposit without any refunds.
