The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven or microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and essential cooking utensils for easy self-catering.

There are two modern bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and wash basin — ideal for larger groups wanting extra comfort and privacy.

In accordance with the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, the host is required to register all guests, you will therefor receive an email with a link to Chekin.com where all guests must register before check in.

Additionally, please send us a message approximately one hour before your arrival so that we can prepare the property for your arrival. We will meet you at the agreed-upon time and location.

However, in case of any delays, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule the check-in time. While we cannot guarantee an immediate check-in, we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.

To ensure a smooth check-in, please inform us of your expected arrival and departure times as early as possible. Upon leaving the airport or approximately 1 hour before arrival, kindly send us a message. This allows us sufficient time to reach the property and meet you promptly. In case of any delays, please notify us immediately. While we will always strive to accommodate late arrivals, please note that our team has other check-ins and may not be able to wait beyond the scheduled time.

Parking Information:
  • Free Street Parking: Available in the vicinity of Avenida Doctor Mariano Ruiz Cánovas. However, due to the apartment’s central location, finding an available parking spot may be challenging, especially during peak hours. Please ensure to follow local parking regulations.
  • Nearest Public Paid Parking: Parking El Arco, located at Ramón Gallud Street, approximately a 10-minute walk from the property. This 24-hour parking facility offers over 500 spaces, ensuring you always have a spot available.
Public Transport:
  • Bus Services: Several bus lines serve the area, with stops along Avenida Doctor Mariano Ruiz Cánovas. Bus lines such as A, A.2, and C offer easy access to key destinations in Torrevieja.

To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, please abide by the following rules during your stay:

  • Please take care of your keys. Lost or damaged keys will incur a replacement fee.
  • Please take care of the furnishings. Any damages that exceed the security deposit will be charged accordingly.

  • Please take your trash and any opened containers with you when you leave.
  • No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

As you prepare to rent a home, keep in mind that it is someone else’s property. Additionally, the neighbouring residents may include families with young children, elderly individuals, and permanent residents. It is important to behave respectfully and considerately while staying in the home. Failure to abide by these regulations or engage in other unacceptable behaviour may lead to expulsion from the property and loss of your deposit without any refunds.
