PMT24 – QUADRO TOWNHOUSE WITH POOL & ROOF TERRACE

Enjoy sunny days and relaxed evenings in this spacious and well-kept quad-style townhouse, located in a quiet residential area with a beautiful communal pool area and lush surroundings. The property features multiple private terraces, including a rooftop terrace with sun all day and space for outdoor dining. Just 500 m from Cabo Roig Strip with restaurants and bars, 400 m to the nearest restaurant, 1 km to the beach and only 1 km to La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre.

You enter the townhouse via the private breakfast terrace, leading directly into the living area. The living room is divided into three zones: a sofa area, dining area and TV lounge, and is equipped with air conditioning. Next to the dining area is the spacious kitchen, fully equipped for preparing good meals. In the hallway beside the kitchen there is a small bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms with very comfortable double beds and air conditioning, both with access to the same terrace, as well as a large bathroom. From here, stairs lead up to the private rooftop terrace with sun all day, a spacious table with 4 chairs and nice views over the surrounding area.

Visitors will have exclusive access to the entire Quadro townhouse and parking area. The pool are communal areas shared with other residents in the community.

When placing an order, please ensure to provide your address and telephone number. Do note that the main guest should be at least 25 years old. In accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, all holiday rental hosts are legally required to register the personal details of their guests with the Ministry of the Interior (SES Hospedajes).

To make this process smooth and efficient, you’ll receive a message from us after booking with a secure link to complete your check-in online. We kindly ask that you fill in your details in advance, as we are not permitted to hand over the keys until this step is completed.

Check In and Out

For a Smooth Check-In, Please:

• Send your estimated arrival time in advance
  Let us know when you plan to arrive so we can prepare and meet you accordingly.
• Message us about 1 hour before arrival
  This gives us time to get everything ready and meet you at the agreed location.
• Inform us of any delays
  If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to reschedule, but immediate check-in can’t be guaranteed.
• Complete the mandatory guest registration
  In accordance with Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021), all guests must be registered with the Ministry of the Interior (SES Hospedajes). After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to fill in your details. This must be completed before we can hand over the keys.
