A large apartment boasting stunning beach views awaits you. Positioned directly on the Locos beach in Torrevieja city, this apartment is perfectly located for exploring Torrevieja. Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee, whilst the local fishermen go out to sea. The immediate vicinity features a variety of restaurants and bars, while a brief stroll leads you to the vibrant Torrevieja beach promenade teeming with additional dining options, bustling crowds, and more sandy beaches.

This apartment boasts three bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan, while the third bedroom features a single bed paired with a portable fan. The dwelling comprises two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite and also houses a washing machine. Both bathrooms are furnished with modern fixtures, encompassing showers, sinks, and toilets.

The unit’s open-concept design integrates a kitchen with a bar-dining area and a living room. The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, and essential cooking utensils. It is not a specific space, but rather a garage with room for a few cars and it’s the first come first served. The measurement of the garage entrance is 175 cm (height) x 195 cm (width). Small cars are best suited.

When placing an order, please ensure to provide your address and telephone number. Do note that the main guest should be at least 25 years old. In accordance with the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, the host is required to register all guests, hence the need for a copy of each guest’s passport.
