The villa is a two-story residence comprising various amenities. The main floor encompasses three spacious bedrooms, one of which features an en-suite bathroom. Among the bedrooms, two boast queen-size beds for optimal comfort, while the third offers two single beds, all accompanied by built-in wardrobes. Additionally, the main floor features an entryway, two bathrooms with showers, basins, and toilets, along with an open-concept area combining the kitchen, dining space, and living room. This area seamlessly connects to the pool section through a sizable glass sliding door. The living room is furnished with a couch and coffee table, while the dining area is equipped with a large table accommodating six individuals. The kitchen area includes bar stools by the island and is outfitted with a spacious fridge, freezer, stove, cooktop, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Access to the pool area is also facilitated through a door in the kitchen.
The basement serves as a spacious open area with a separate bathroom featuring a shower, basin, and toilet. This multipurpose room houses a large queen-size bed in one section and a smaller double bed in another, complemented by a sofa, TV area, and pool table in the center. A laundry corner with a washing machine occupies a separate portion of the space.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning units in all rooms for both heating and cooling purposes, with controls conveniently located on wall displays on each floor.
The property encompasses a generous solarium and a private garden and pool area that presents multiple seating zones, sun loungers, and a dining table for four. A sizable private pool offers an ideal setting for a serene retreat in Torrevieja.

Do not throw anything else than toilet paper in the toilet. If the pipes get blocked with anything, you will be charged for repair in full.
Never leave the key in the internal lock of the main entrance door. It will not be possible to open the door from outside and you will be charged for the repair.
As you prepare to rent a home, keep in mind that it is someone else’s property. Additionally, the neighbouring residents may include families with young children, elderly individuals, and permanent residents. It is important to behave respectfully and considerately while staying in the home. Failure to abide by these regulations or engage in other unacceptable behaviour may lead to expulsion from the property and loss of your deposit without any refunds.
