It consists of three fully furnished bedrooms, each with spacious and cozy king-size beds and individual air conditioning units for a peaceful night’s sleep. The main bedroom includes a sizable en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and wash basin. The second bedroom and the third bedroom are furnished with king-size beds. The second bathroom is spacious and features a shower, toilet, and wash basin.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, stove, ceramic hob, ample counter space, and plenty of storage. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small laundry room with a sink and washing machine, and also with access to one of the terraces. The apartment has filtered drinkable water for extra convenience.

The dining area comfortably seats six guests and leads to one of the two spacious terraces. The terrace offers an outdoor dining area, which seats six, under the shade from the retractable pergola, and also has sun loungers for outdoor relaxation.

The dining area flows into the open-plan living room, furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and a television for streaming content. A sliding door from the living room opens to a large glassed-in terrace with comfortable lounge furniture. The terrace extends beyond the glassed area, providing extra leisure space and pleasant garden views. This apartment features a ductless air conditioning system for added comfort and is conveniently located on the ground floor of a four-story building.
