Unlike most beach-side apartments in the city, this one offers access to a community pool (open during high season). The location is surrounded by several restaurants and bars where you can enjoy delicious meals and drinks. From the apartment, it’s also just a short walk to Torrevieja’s popular beach promenade with plenty of restaurants and bars. Here you have it all. The apartment was upgraded in 2024.

This apartment offers a serene and comfortable sanctuary. Upgraded in 2024, it boasts a spacious bathroom equipped with a bathtub with shower, toilet, washing machine, and basin. The well-equipped kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, dishwasher, a small freezer, a stove, a hob, and a microwave oven. The open-plan dining and living area features a round table accommodating five individuals, a sofa, a coffee table, and a smart TV for streaming services like Netflix and HBO. Accessible through large glass sliding doors from the living area, the balcony provides a charming setting with a coffee table and chairs for relaxation. The apartment comprises two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds, both with ceiling fans. Situated on the second floor of a five-story building, this apartment affords a view of a tranquil side street from its balcony. Additionally, an elevator is conveniently available on-site. An added convenience is the inclusion of a complimentary private parking space in the underground garage on the premises.

Visitors will have exclusive access to the entire apartment with a balcony. The pool, hallways, and elevator are communal areas shared with other residents in the building. Additionally, the apartment includes a complimentary designated parking spot in an uncovered underground garage.

Important Information to Note When Placing an Order

When placing an order, please ensure to provide your address and telephone number. Do note that the main guest should be at least 25 years old. In accordance with the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, the host is required to register all guests, hence the need for a copy of each guest’s passport.

Ensuring a Smooth Check-In Process for Your Stay

To guarantee a hassle-free check-in experience, kindly send us your preferred check-in time as early as possible. This will help us accommodate your needs accordingly.

Additionally, please send us a message approximately one hour before your arrival so that we can prepare the property for your arrival. We will meet you at the agreed-upon time and location.

However, in case of any delays, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule the check-in time. While we cannot guarantee an immediate check-in, we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.

House Rules

To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, please abide by the following rules during your stay:

• No events or parties are allowed

• No glass by or in the pool area
• Please keep music at a reasonable volume
• Show consideration for your neighbours
• The main guest must be 25 years or older
• Unregistered guests are not allowed
• No eating or drinking in bedrooms
• Respect the noise curfew
• Please clean your dishes before checking out
• Please take your trash and any opened containers with you when you leave
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises
• Please take care of your keys. Lost or damaged keys will incur a replacement fee
• Please take care of the furnishings. Any damages that exceed the security deposit will be charged accordingly

Respectful Behaviour and Consideration when Renting a Home

As you prepare to rent a home, keep in mind that it is someone else’s property. Additionally, the neighbouring residents may include families with young children, elderly individuals, and permanent residents. It is important to behave respectfully and considerately while staying in the home. Failure to abide by these regulations or engage in other unacceptable behaviour may lead to expulsion from the property and loss of your deposit without any refunds.
