Modern, upgraded apartment conveniently located just steps away from the serene Playa de Acequion and the vibrant Playa de los Naufragos, with water sports and beach volleyball. The surrounding area has several bars, shops, and recreational facilities, including parks with a skateboarding ramp, mini-golf, and children’s play areas. The apartment is furnished with modern amenities and has a charming balcony and good sun conditions all year. Additionally, complimentary indoor parking is available.

The apartment comprises three bedrooms – one featuring a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each. There are two bathrooms in total, equipped with toilets, basins, and showers; the en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub, and the hallway bathroom contains a washing machine. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area has recently undergone renovation, boasting modern amenities. The kitchen is equipped with an oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, and all essential utensils for preparing home-cooked meals. A spacious dining area accommodates six guests, while the living room features a contemporary sofa and a flat-screen TV. The apartment is fitted with two air-conditioning units, one in the main bedroom and another in the living room. Free WiFi connectivity is accessible throughout the apartment. A balcony offers outdoor seating and favorable sunlight exposure year-round. Furthermore, complimentary private underground parking is available for guests.

Visitors will have exclusive access to the entire apartment with a balcony and the underground private parking space.

This apartment is centrally located in the Acequion neighbourhood of Torrevieja, offering an ideal setting for those seeking a blend of beachside relaxation and urban convenience. The area has several bars and restaurants where one can savor delectable meals or unwind with a refreshing beverage. A brief stroll leads to a supermarket (Dialprix) or the local Supermercado Castillo on the neighbouring street. Within a short walk, there are two beaches: Playa de los Naufragos, equipped with volleyball courts, a children’s play area, an outdoor gym, and seasonal beachfront restaurants and sun loungers, jet skis, pedal boats, and more for hire. Playa de Acequion, featuring year-round beachfront restaurants, a pétanque lane, and tranquil waters perfect for the youngest and paddleboarding. Even though Torrevieja city centre easily is accessible within walking distance, the area benefits from excellent bus connections facilitating easy access to the city centre and other regions. Also in the area are several local parks, one which has a skateboard ramp, a play area for the youngest, and a mini golf restaurant where you can hire a round of adventure mini golf.

When placing an order, please ensure to provide your address and telephone number. Do note that the main guest should be at least 25 years old.

If you not already have done so, please send us a copy of all guests’ passports. In accordance with the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, the host is required to register all guests.

However, in case of any delays, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule the check-in time. Respectful Behaviour and Consideration when Renting a Home

As you prepare to rent a home, keep in mind that it is someone else’s property. Additionally, the neighbouring residents may include families with young children, elderly individuals, and permanent residents. It is important to behave respectfully and considerately while staying in the home. Failure to abide by these regulations or engage in other unacceptable behaviour may lead to expulsion from the property and loss of your deposit without any refunds.

One of our staff members will meet you at the property at the prearranged time. Should there be any delays on your end, kindly inform us promptly. While we may have subsequent check-ins scheduled, we cannot guarantee immediate check-in if you are delayed. Rest assured; we will make every effort to accommodate your circumstances.
