The apartment comprises three bedrooms – one featuring a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each. There are two bathrooms in total, equipped with toilets, basins, and showers; the en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub, and the hallway bathroom contains a washing machine. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area has recently undergone renovation, boasting modern amenities. The kitchen is equipped with an oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, and all essential utensils for preparing home-cooked meals. A spacious dining area accommodates six guests, while the living room features a contemporary sofa and a flat-screen TV. The apartment is fitted with two air-conditioning units, one in the main bedroom and another in the living room. Free WiFi connectivity is accessible throughout the apartment. A balcony offers outdoor seating and favorable sunlight exposure year-round. Furthermore, complimentary private underground parking is available for guests.

This apartment is centrally located in the Acequion neighbourhood of Torrevieja, offering an ideal setting for those seeking a blend of beachside relaxation and urban convenience. The area has several bars and restaurants where one can savor delectable meals or unwind with a refreshing beverage. A brief stroll leads to a supermarket (Dialprix) or the local Supermercado Castillo on the neighbouring street. Within a short walk, there are two beaches: Playa de los Naufragos, equipped with volleyball courts, a children’s play area, an outdoor gym, and seasonal beachfront restaurants and sun loungers, jet skis, pedal boats, and more for hire. Playa de Acequion, featuring year-round beachfront restaurants, a pétanque lane, and tranquil waters perfect for the youngest and paddleboarding. Even though Torrevieja city centre easily is accessible within walking distance, the area benefits from excellent bus connections facilitating easy access to the city centre and other regions. Also in the area are several local parks, one which has a skateboard ramp, a play area for the youngest, and a mini golf restaurant where you can hire a round of adventure mini golf.
