The apartment is situated on the top floor of a five-story building, offering both stairs and an elevator for access. It comprises two bedrooms, one featuring a built-in wardrobe, a dedicated workspace, and a comfortable queen-size bed, while the other includes a built-in wardrobe and two single beds, with ceiling fans in both rooms. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, basin, and a washing machine. In the kitchen, amenities include a microwave oven, stove, cook top, fridge with a small freezer, and a dishwasher. The living and dining area features a round table accommodating four individuals, a cozy sofa, and a television, with a ceiling fan enhancing comfort. Transitioning from the living room, one can step onto the balcony, ideal for relishing morning sunlit moments over a cup of coffee.

Moreover, the building offers a splendid communal pool area enveloped by verdant tropical gardens, accessible to all residents. To access this serene retreat, residents are required to wear the provided bracelets available in the apartment. The building has an elevator. The pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September.

This property is so centrally located that transportation is only needed if you want to venture further than La Mata. Roads are accessible and well maintained so getting around by car is never a problem. Please note that parking during high season might be challenging, especially in certain areas. There are buses that take you from La Mata to Torrevieja, where the main bus station is located. It is also possible to hire bicycles and electric scooters. Taxi is also an option, but please note that during the high season, taxis can be difficult to obtain.

  • The closest bus stop is located right outside the apartment building, at Av. Belgica. The bus line is A Torrevieja – La Mata or A2 Torrevieja – La Mata (via Av. Paris). You can also use the Lina A2, with the nearest stop being in Av. Jose Zorilla by the Altos de Bahia Park.

  • No glass by or in the pool area
  • Please keep music and noise at a reasonable volume.
  • Show consideration for your neighbours.
  • The main guest must be 25 years or older.
  • Unregistered guests are not allowed overnight.
  • No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
  • Respect the noise curfew.
  • Please clean your dishes before checking out
  • Please take your trash and any opened containers with you when you leave.
  • No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
  • Please take care of your keys. Lost or damaged keys will incur a replacement fee.
  • Please take care of the furnishings. Damages will be charged for.

Do not throw anything else than toilet paper in the toilet. If the pipes get blocked with anything, you will be charged for repair in full.

Never leave the key in the internal lock of the main entrance door. It will not be possible to open the door from outside and you will be charged for the repair.

As you prepare to rent a home, keep in mind that it is someone else’s property. Additionally, the neighbouring residents may include families with young children, elderly individuals, and permanent residents. It is important to behave respectfully and considerately while staying in the home. Failure to abide by these regulations or engage in other unacceptable behaviour may lead to expulsion from the property and loss of your deposit without any refunds.
