This villa is elegantly furnished with high-end furniture and equipment, spanning two floors. The main level encompasses two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious living-dining area, and an entrance foyer. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, ample built-in storage, and a large TV, while the second bedroom on this floor features a similarly luxurious queen-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a generous TV. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, and dishwasher, with a convenient entrance to the pool area. The dining area accommodates six guests, complemented by two bar stools at the kitchen island. The living room offers a cozy couch and a TV, leading to the outdoor pool area through large glass sliding doors.
The basement houses two additional bedrooms, one featuring a spacious queen-size bed, a built-in closet, and a TV, while the other bedroom showcases frosted glass sliding doors, two single beds, and a closet. The basement also features a generous living room with a home cinema projector that can be connected to devices like phones or computers. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, and an extra fridge/freezer is also available.
Outside, the property boasts various seating areas. The solarium includes a sizeable lounge area with a table featuring a gas fire pit for cozy outdoor evenings. The villa is located on two floors and is accessible via stairs (no elevator). Additionally, the villa is situated on a peaceful street, where residents and tourists live side by side.

When placing an order, please ensure to provide your address and telephone number. Do note that the main guest should be at least 25 years old. In accordance with the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, the host is required to register all guests, hence the need for a copy of each guest’s passport.

To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, please abide by the following rules during your stay:
Do not throw anything else than toilet paper in the toilet. If the pipes get blocked with anything, you will be charged for repair in full.
Always shower before using the Jacuzzi.
Never leave the key in the internal lock of the main entrance door. It will not be possible to open the door from outside and you will be charged for the repair.
As you prepare to rent a home, keep in mind that it is someone else’s property. Additionally, the neighbouring residents may include families with young children, elderly individuals, and permanent residents. It is important to behave respectfully and considerately while staying in the home. Failure to abide by these regulations or engage in other unacceptable behaviour may lead to expulsion from the property and loss of your deposit without any refunds.
