Inside, you will find three inviting bedrooms: one adorned with a queen-size bed and wardrobe, the second featuring a single bed with a pull-out option to transform it into a queen or into two single beds, and the third housing a delightful bunk bed with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The bathroom is thoughtfully equipped with a shower, toilet, and wash basin. The open-plan kitchen and living room are outfitted with a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, and the living room features a large comfortable sofa for relaxing; there is also air conditioning for either cooling or heating. Important Information to Note When Placing an Order

When placing an order, please ensure to provide your address and telephone number. Do note that the main guest should be at least 25 years old. In accordance with the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, the host is required to register all guests, hence the need for a copy of each guest’s passport.

To guarantee a hassle-free check-in experience, kindly send us your preferred check-in time as early as possible. This will help us accommodate your needs accordingly. Additionally, please send us a message approximately one hour before your arrival so that we can prepare the property for your arrival. We will meet you at the agreed-upon time and location. However, in case of any delays, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule the check-in time. While we cannot guarantee an immediate check-in, we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.

• All keys is to be returned when check out.
• Clean and put cutlery back into place.

• Please take care of your keys. Lost or damaged keys will incur a replacement fee.
• Please take care of the furnishings. Any damages that exceed the security deposit will be charged accordingly.

As you prepare to rent a home, keep in mind that it is someone else’s property. Additionally, the neighbouring residents may include families with young children, elderly individuals, and permanent residents. It is important to behave respectfully and considerately while staying in the home. Failure to abide by these regulations or engage in other unacceptable behaviour may lead to expulsion from the property and loss of your deposit without any refunds.

One of our staff members will meet you at the property at the prearranged time. Should there be any delays on your end, kindly inform us promptly.
