This cozy 1-bedroom apartment in Torrevieja’s city centre is perfectly located just steps from the beautiful Los Locos beach. This charming 1-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor, offering beautiful ocean views. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed. The bathroom is equipped with a relaxing hot tub and shower, along with a bidet, toilet, and wash basin. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, electric hob, microwave, and a washing machine for your convenience.

The living area features a dining table seating four, a sofa that can be converted into a bed (140x200cm), and a smart TV for streaming your favourite apps. Step out onto the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy your breakfast at the table for four, take in the stunning beach and ocean views, and bask in the sun. This apartment offers the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and location, ensuring a relaxing stay in Torrevieja.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The hallways, and elevator are all communal areas shared with other residents of the building.

Prior to booking, kindly ensure that you have read and understood the house rules. It’s mandatory for all visitors to comply with both the apartment and community regulations.

We supply towels for shower use. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels for the beach.

You have many restaurants and grocery shops in the streets outside the apartment building. Parking in the streets, free of charge.

Important Information to Note When Placing an Order

When placing an order, please ensure to provide your address and telephone number. Do note that the main guest should be at least 25 years old. In accordance with the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, the host is required to register all guests, hence the need for a copy of each guest’s passport.

To guarantee a hassle-free check-in experience, kindly send us your preferred check-in time as early as possible. This will help us accommodate your needs accordingly.

Additionally, please send us a message approximately one hour before your arrival so that we can prepare the property for your arrival. We will meet you at the agreed-upon time and location.

However, in case of any delays, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule the check-in time. While we cannot guarantee an immediate check-in, we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.

To ensure a smooth check-in, please inform us of your expected arrival and departure times as early as possible. Upon leaving the airport or approximately 1 hour before arrival, kindly send us a message. This allows us sufficient time to reach the property and meet you promptly. In case of any delays, please notify us immediately. While we will always strive to accommodate late arrivals, please note that our team has other check-ins and may not be able to wait beyond the scheduled time.

Parking Information:

• Free Street Parking: Available in the vicinity of Avenida Doctor Mariano Ruiz Cánovas. However, due to the apartment’s central location, finding an available parking spot may be challenging, especially during peak hours. Please ensure to follow local parking regulations.
• Nearest Public Paid Parking: Parking El Arco, located at Ramón Gallud Street, approximately a 10-minute walk from the property. This 24-hour parking facility offers over 500 spaces, ensuring you always have a spot available.

Public Transport:

• Bus Services: Several bus lines serve the area, with stops along Avenida Doctor Mariano Ruiz Cánovas. Bus lines such as A, A.2, and C offer easy access to key destinations in Torrevieja.

Failure to abide by these regulations or engage in other unacceptable behaviour may lead to expulsion from the property and loss of your deposit without any refunds.
