Important Information to Note When Placing an Order

When placing an order, please ensure to provide your address and telephone number. Do note that the main guest should be at least 25 years old. In accordance with the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, the host is required to register all guests, hence the need for a copy of each guest’s passport.

As you prepare to rent a home, keep in mind that it is someone else’s property. Additionally, the neighbouring residents may include families with young children, elderly individuals, and permanent residents. Failure to abide by these regulations or engage in other unacceptable behaviour may lead to expulsion from the property and loss of your deposit without any refunds.

One of our staff members will meet you at the property at the prearranged time. Should there be any delays on your end, kindly inform us promptly. While we may have subsequent check-ins scheduled, we cannot guarantee immediate check-in if you are delayed. Rest assured, we will make every effort to accommodate your circumstances.
