This apartment boasts three bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan, while the third bedroom features a single bed paired with a portable fan. The dwelling comprises two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite and also houses a washing machine. Both bathrooms are furnished with modern fixtures, encompassing showers, sinks, and toilets.
The unit’s open-concept design integrates a kitchen with a bar-dining area and a living room. The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, and essential cooking utensils. It is not a specific space, but rather a garage with room for a few cars and it’s the first come first served. The measurement of the garage entrance is 175 cm (height) x 195 cm (width). Small cars are best suited.
