The apartment comprises two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds, both with ceiling fans. Situated on the second floor of a five-story building, this apartment affords a view of a tranquil side street from its balcony. Additionally, an elevator is conveniently available on-site. An added convenience is the inclusion of a complimentary private parking space in the underground garage on the premises.

Visitors will have exclusive access to the entire apartment with a balcony. The pool, hallways, and elevator are communal areas shared with other residents in the building. Additionally, the apartment includes a complimentary designated parking spot in an uncovered underground garage.

When placing an order, please ensure to provide your address and telephone number. Do note that the main guest should be at least 25 years old. In accordance with the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, the host is required to register all guests, hence the need for a copy of each guest’s passport.
